    Im Mike 68 Lived Worked and Retired in The Netherlands

    Enjoy History General but mainly interested in Reseach to The waffen SS Personel..... there .... Social back ground...Education.... Former Employment....NSDAP Conections and eventually SS Number only from an Historical Point of View

    I must add I hold no Views in respect of the General or Waffen SS

    Dutch Citezenship....Born in UK Wales moved to Holland in 1990

    Lived Worked and retired here now after around 23 years

    Married for 47 years Four Children with there own Families

    Other Hobbies Cycling for Fitness Le Tour de France Giro Italia Vuelta
    most cycling events .....Speedway.... Motor GPs...Love reading
    and there.s the love of my Life My Dog Skye 8 year old Westie

                I like speedway, too! The sounds (trimming) and smells (nafta) when arriving at the courses before the races start, really starts the adrenaline pumping.......

                Biking, too - some years ago I went bonkers and started training for the Trondheim-Oslo (540km.) race, it goes every Summer in June. With no background in competition cycling me and two friends at work trained leisurely for two years, then we did it. Must add that in the same year we also ran the "Birkebeiner" - a 70 km (that year) ski race with light pack, and the Oslo Marathon. Those were the macho years........
