    I moved your post to a separate topic.

    IMHO, ZKB-19 can be translated as "ЦКБ-19"
    Such internal name had Policarpov's experimental plane I-17.
    But as it was never built in series, so possibly Germans treated MiG-1 or MiG-3 as such, because they looked quite similar
