such a caliber was never been in use in RKKA.
    Before the war range of calibers was: 20, 45, 76, 85, 107, 122, 152, 180 (Naval), 203, 305, 356, 406 (experimental)

The heaviest Soviet AA gun was 85-mm 52-K Mod. 1939.
No heavier guns were designed before the war.
Hardly it could be done in early 1930s, as even 76mm AA gun was an adapted modification of a German analogue
As I have told you there were no any serial AA guns having caliber 105 mm.
Can't exclude experimental works, but I have MUCH doubts in this

          No heavy AA gun

This then, would make the USSR about the only country in the world, at that time, without a heavy AA gun?

Can't say the single country the USSR was witohut AA guns heavier than 85mm, or not, but the fact there were no heavier guns in its antiaircraft forces is obvious
