Yes, there are a lot of such organizations.

It is called "Poiskovoie dvizhenie" ("Search movement").

After the end of WWII the remains of many soviet soldiers are still not found and lies in ground.

Especially many dead soviet soldiers in the ground in the region of the catastrophe of the 2nd Shock Army in the spring of 1942. This Army tried to break Leningrad Blockade but was cut off and destroyed by the Germans. The Army was connected to other forces through a narrow corridor in the swamp forest area. That corridor was shot by German guns and machine guns but it was alone supply line for a few months. In the end the troops of 2nd Shock Army tried to escape by that corridor and the retreating soldiers were shot by German guns, mortars and machine guns.

That corridor got the name of "Dolina smerti" ("Death valley"), in that place practically each square meter of ground contains the remains of Soviet soldiers.

"Search movement" is an organization of voluntair groups which arrive in the "death valley" and searches the remains of Soviet and German soldiers. If they found remains they try to define who were those soldiers (they look on medallions, papers and so on) and to inform the relatives of those soldiers. In any case they bury the remains of found soldiers.

"Search movement" operates not only in "Death valley" but also in some other places where there are non-buried remains of soldiers in ground.
