      2. About Russian/Soviet music commonly...

      Try to visit www.sovmusic.ru.

It is about Soviet-era music (to the point a lot of Soviet music of 70th is very popular now)

Modern.... Hmm... I don't know right now.

        • What is the name of the song in the end?
“For there is nothing more serious than a lunatic when he comes to the central point of his lunacy.”

              • Damn... it's been a month. Well, I've just finished that Kazakh term paper, but I've got a report on Tukhachevsky due next week and a physics test this week that I'm pretty much screwed over in. Perhaps this sunday I'll knock out another post.

                • Hate to be a bastard, but I've bit of more than I can chew. I'd like to get around to this, simply because my computer crashed and I lost all my music, but I'm busier than hell now adays. If I do get around I'll be sure to post it. Till then, I'm officially retired from the boards.

                      • I found the liyrics for "Rider's March". In Russian this song is called "Kazach'ya". I used an accent sign on the vowels where the stress falls in Russian. I also used the Spanish letter "ń", pronounced as the "ny" in "canyon" to represent that sound in Russian, as it is the closest one to the original. Tus ends a 10-year search!

                        Kazách’ya
                        Múzyka: I. Dzerzhinskiy
                        Slavá: A. Churkin

                        Poyot: KAPPSA

Shli pa styepí palkí kazach’i s Dónu,
