  • Could you send me the link to download the song: Soviet tankmen's song ( Bovalka ). I heard it in the Wikipedia, and I love it very much, but the song given by Wikipedia seems to be a short version. And, (it seems to be quite foolish), could you give me the lyrics in Russian but spelled in English? I want to sing it in Russian in spite of the fact that I don't know Russian at all.
"My only desire is that all of our Party and people, closely united in struggle, construct a peaceful, unified, independent, democratic and prosperous, and make a valiant contribution to the world Revolution" - Ho Chi Minh's will

      Look this:
      http://rkkaww2.armchairgeneral.com/multimedia.htm

It looks like you are searching for this one
      http://rkkaww2.armchairgeneral.com/M...rww2.htm#Tanks

And I want to warn that the Russian prononsation sometimes differs from spelling.

For example, we write Moskva but pronounce Maskva.

I turned the Russian SPELLING in English letters. If you need I can turn it in PRONOUNCE version FOR YOU but I can't do it for ALL the songs (too much time). If you call the concrete song, I'll do it.

      • Thanks alot.
Everyone thinks tankmen are the kings of the battlefield. But, through this song, we know about the real of the war. What's an emotional song.

Polish patriotic song about 2 Pol.Corps soldiers at Monte Cassino 1944 singing by Aleksandrov hoir. Great!
                  I'm very nice surprised.

                  • At the beginning of 2006 (January 1st 2006) someone asked for the lyrics to the Cossack's Song (Rider's march). Has anyone had any succes in obtaining them? I have been after those lyrics for more than 10 years with no success...

                        • TO ERKKI:
Tack saa mycket, but that is not the song I have been looking for. However, in the URL below they have an audio sample of the song, plus it can be downloaded in its entirety in .zip form. Look for RIDER'S MARCH:

                          http://militarymusiconline.com/USSR-Russia.htm

                          TO ANDREY:

                          Дорогой товарищ:

Perhaps after listening to the song in the URL above you would be able to somehow get the lyrics for RIDER'S MARCH. If you do, you would end a search of more than 10 years.

I'm also looking for the lyrics of the song "У нас в подразделении - U nas v podrazdelenii," sung by Ivan Bukreev of the KAPPSA, music by A. Dolukhanian and L. Nekrasov. This song is also known as "Парень хороший - Paren' khoroshiy" and as "Ваня - Vanya." I hope you know which one I am talking about.

Я уже постарал переписать слова этой последной песни, но к сожалению моё знание русского языка нет так хорошое чтобы взять нескольких слов, которые не могу понимать. По этому эта - ещё незаконченная работа. можете ли мне помочь? Спасибо заранее.
