  • ACG Head to Head Build! -Operation Sealion- February 15.

By Order of Freightshaker and Duncan. You are to engage in the final battle for the United Kingdom.

This is a six month build.
For this build you will choose a side - either German or British. You may only build for one side.
Each participant will build a kit(s) that pertains to Operation Sealion. Do your research!
At the end of the build a public vote will be taken with only two choices - German Victory or British Victory.
The winning team gets bragging rights.

You can build air, sea, or land units that might have been involved in the battle.
Remember that the operation should have happened on or before September 1940.
Here are some links to get you started.
    German Order of Battle
    British Anit-Invasion Preperations

I fear the Germans will overwhelm this one, but I intend to take the British side.... "victory at all costs!"

Yeah. The Germans are the easy side. However, the British are probably good to go with anything from the Battle of Britain or the remains of the BEF after Dunkirk. It would be used to repel an invasion right?

Anything from then could be used. Shoot, even WWI 75mm field guns that were pulled out of storage and pressed into anti-tank defenses.

I'm torn between a 1/72 Bofors with carrier or a tauch panzer. I could pick up a pillbox to put with the bofors maybe. Dunno. Gotta build the Merkava first.
