    As you already practice Wing Chun or you have read about the main movements of it you probably know very well that in this type of art leg training and footwork are very important. Not only very important, we can say they are the most important parts of this art. While practicing Wing Chun you will find the Standing position a very effective way of developing your stance. You can practice the movements on your own, as we have showed you below, in a stationary position, but as your legs grow stronger you can stand on one leg and practice your Siu Lim Tao.
