This is not really new, it started a few years ago. I highly recommend you try it out. 
During Halloween there are more locations. Other times of the year, there are not as many locations operating.
Basically, you are given a certain amount of ammo and you go hunting zombies that are roaming the field.
Some places call it Zombie Safari Hayride. You ride in the back of a truck and fire at zombies as the truck drives along.
