    Back to the original argument, Churchill was the leader Britain needed

    He was the one true hawk in the top rank of parlaiment, and his warnings for years about Hitler proved true, marking him as a man of courage and vision in a government bent on appeasement.

    If there were any other hawks who could have taken his place, please let me know, Williamson Murray proposed in his essay "what a taxi driver wrought" that if Churchill had died in 1931 England would be destin to lose WWII.
