    The German night fighter pilot Helmut Lent ran out of fuel in his Bf-110 and crash-landed at Oslo/Fornebu airfield on 9 April 1940.

              ..that would have been the resupply transports coming in at one of the captured norwegian airfields during the initial stages of the invasion.
