              That might be an idea Broder. I couldn't come up with a single example for this category. It was interesting to see the ones that were listed though!

              Maybe give it another day or two to see if anyone can come up with some others?

                One would think several were captured at Tannenberg, but I haven't been able to come up with a name. Unless all the generals fled leaving their troops to fend for themselves

                    Samsonov supposedly shot himself although I don't believe his body was ever located. The rest of his staff escaped
