Good addition to the Baker's Dozen. Would you happen to have a picture with that?
For further details on the Baker's Dozen both here and elsewhere in the forums, see the first post of the thread.

                    • A Carthaginian admiral blown off course by a hurricane. Who landed on Brazil, and left carved stellae recording his arrival. He recorded this as an arrival on the Land of Iron. (Brazil is very rich in iron) jacupirangite anyone? sacrificed members of his crew to the 'Sea Gods' and then disappeared from history. In other words the Carthaginians knew of Brazil before Cristoforo Colombo.

                              9. Massacre at Cuangar

                              From Wiki:
On October 19, 1914, a German military column crossed the border and entered Angola without authorization from the Portuguese authorities. The column was intercepted by Portuguese forces and conducted to Fort Naulila. At Naulila, a dispute occurred between the Portuguese and the Germans which resulted in the death of three German officers.

On October 31, the Germans under the command of Oswald Ostermann retaliated, and raided the Portuguese fort at Cuangar, destroying the fort and killing all stationed border guards with machine-guns.
