  • In Fake Aviation News Today: Qaher F-313 Taxi Trials

The Iranians proudly demonstrate taxi trials of their fake stealth fighter Qaher F-313.

BTW, Mr. Fighter Pilot from Iran, if you don't shave your facial hair oxygen mask won't seal. You risk passing out from hypoxia.

Better improvement from the mock-up they had back in 2013.

Is it just me or do I hear the sound of a two stock MC motor?

Assune you mean a two stroke moor cycle engine? Does anyone still make two strokes?

          Still popular for scooters.

Apparently the canopy is one of the few mechanical parts that work so the Iranians take care to show it close like 3 times.

In my opinion this plane is so tiny it can't carry any iseful equipment. It looks like a 1:2 scale model of the plane they will ultimately build

It's a step in the right direction at least.... I wouldn't be so flippant in their efforts, except for their propaganda efforts. They still manage to keep F-4s and F-14s in service despite the many years of embargoes.

Next step : make it fly !

For the moment , it's a moped with a decent look ,probably designed with the help of a Sinclair Spectrum 48 k (got one ) ,by a clone of Nuclear Nadal.

Yeah, and the plywood just makes them that much more stealthy.

What is the objective of the thing?
                    1. To boost domestic moral?
                    2. To try and fool Iran's opponents? And to what end?
                    3. Or could it be a double bluff to conceal the fact that they do have an effective stealth fighter project running?

Hey, give them a little credit... They got real jet engines from like RC Model Plane World for it...

On a more serious note, it is possible it's just a scale prototype for testing...

This is the Saab 210 used to develop the F-35 Draken. Same idea.

Funny I worked in the ME for 20 years and that passed me by. What's the relevance to my question anyway?

We all know you spent a long time in the ME, and its impact on your loyalties. You've posted your resume many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many times.

Or 'time to beg new equipment from the west'.
