Great photo, but not SAC, more NASA ...
National Aeronautics and Space Administration ....

The craft on left shows a bold NASA signal/marking, the 'pilot' on right is suited in classic High Altitude Aircraft Pressure('space')Suit (HAPSC).

The craft on the left is a test vehicle for 'orbital re-entry aerodynamic resistance/usage design' ... a re-entry airfoil concept under test ... done from release from the pylon on the right wing of the "loaned"(from SAC?) B-52 shown overflying in this photo/image.

We are looking at a space exploration(NASA) image of the 1960-70's eras here which has little to do with Strategic Air Command bombing shyte out of the workers(marxist-leninist) paradises of Russia or China as part of Global Nuclear Holocaust(GNH).
