I know it's a little later than the Napoleonic period, but does anyone know where I can find a picture of a British light dragoon lieutenant colonel at the time of 1830? I'm reading a novel by Allan Mallinson called words of command, great fiction by the way and the latest of a series. The main character is a lieutenant colonel of light dragoons. Would his uniform still be leaning on the napoleonic period or more towards the not to far in the future Victorian period?
