I'm going to have to fork out for replacements

Sorry about the delay but whilst compiling my files I found that I can-not find/have lost some of the plates, significantly (amongst others) the Polish Lancer ones. I have looked everywhere, I even asked if I could have a look up in the loft of my X's house, but she ominously said that she had had it cleared out some time ago

Here we go with the Lucien Rousselot plates that I have.

For continuity, please refrain from posting on this thread until I have finished. This is quite a big undertaking so will take quite a bit of time to complete. I will also post some other pictures by the same author.

Excellent idea Paul . I hope to see even the notebooks of the master ( Guards of honor , Mamluks etc. ) and the tables always Rousselot outside of the famous set ?
another question : the series of tables Rousselot includes several issues related to the 700 and the second empire .
So , although this sub - forum is only " Napoleonic " you can also see those ?

Right! I've ferreted out what I can find of the paperwork to the plates, most of which as I said above, I have, but one or two are totally missing ( ) but what I have I will post including the plates where the text is missing, which I will leave till last. You never know, the missing text may turn up somewhere. tomorrow will be the posting day (Friday 17th).

Unlike the on-line site that has posted the plates ad-hoc and with no text, I thought that if I posted the plates and text (as I have in my last post above) it would be much more helpful. Some of the text I have is only in French, but many more are in English. Don't ask me where the English text for the others have gone, because I haven't got a clue, but I think that they were accidentally disposed of ( + = )

Yes Please, what a superb idea. Thanks in advance.
