I am building this guy, he is in 120mm.

This is what I have done so far.

I would welcome any comments or suggestions. I would love for some of you guys to drop by the modeling section as well.

    Hi everyone.
I have noted that almost all Cuirassiers regiments have this wool sheep fleece on their saddles but not the Officers; the same applied to the Carabineers, is this something mandatory?

Notice how I cleverly managed to spell my own name wrong. Perhaps I should have sobered up too

Yay! Well at last after enjoying other folks' pics since I joined, now I can share some. This is a 2nd Dragoons (North British/ Scots Greys) trooper of 1806. But why is he so small (photobucket link)? Oh, good! I fixed it. Clever me. Now I can do the uniform stuff.
This is a modern pic, based on an original by Charles Stadden. This is a very different uniform from what would be worn at Waterloo. The lace loops were grouped in pairs like those of all the other Dragoon regiments.
The plume, white over red, would shortly (1808, I believe) become all white.
The back of the fur cap, which distinguished the Scots Greys, bore a red cloth patch on which was embroidered the white horse of Hanover.
The white braid illustrated on the wings is probably wider than in life.
    Cheers,
    Phil
