I depend on FOX News most of all. Fair and balanced in every respect.

where do you get your info?

I review many forms of media, and depend on my military experience in filtering and analyzing what I see, read and hear. The very glib idiom, "believe none of what you read and half of what you see" is particularly relevant here.

I look all around for news. I watch FOX, CNN, Bloomberg and many others. So many news outlets just give you bits and pieces of what really happened. So I utilize as many as I can to piece together what really happened or get as close as I can to what happened.

Pretty much all of the above. Like most of you I like to gather all the info that I can then filter and sift it to try and get a good picture that I feel is somewhat accurate. Unfortunatly I know that whatever I see is going to be tainted by my own beliefs but I try and keep that to a minimum.

              Internet and French newspaper.
I particularly like a Franco-German channel called Arte which give good info and good analyses. And its views are more "international" than a only French television.

                Fox

Fox News is a fair (I think) reporting channel.
I like to listen to Bill O'Reilly and his opinions as well.
Of course........there is always Yahoo news.......check it every time I log on.

                  News Sources

It's tough to keep up here in Basrah for news outside of Iraq.

We have no TV or radio.

I read Stars and Stripes when we can get them.

I read the Brit newspapers, but all they are is scandal rags.

I read Yahoo news and receive CNN email updates and TownHall.com for commentary.

Last of all, I get a 2x daily news briefing from the Media Officer.

For news INSIDE of Iraq, I get constant updates by email and several briefings a day, so I have good intel here.
