    Wembley staff ...

... have been forewarned about Miami Dolphin family hooliganism; euphemistically referred to as outspokeness in the British press.

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...eat-Bills.html

"The moment outspoken wife of Miami Dolphins star Brent Grimes was arrested for 'headbutting police officers' at NFL stadium

    - Miko Grimes was arrested outside Sun Life Stadium yesterday (Sun. Sept 27, 2015)
    - Footage shows her screaming and swearing at police officers
    - Cops say she pushed through them and into traffic before yelling obscentities at them
    - After cops handcuffed her, she headbutted one officer
    - Grimes has been charged with disorderly conduct, battery on a police officer and resisting arrest with violence
    - Dolphins went on to lose their game against the Buffalo Bills 41-14"

Ms. Grimes was released earlier this week, and granted permission to travel to the UK to attend the Dolphins/Jets NFL football game. Sources reveal that the Met's Public Order and Riot Control, Police Support Unit to be deployed with Specialist Crime and Operations, Specialist Firearms Command (SCO19) back-up.

    God Save The Queen!

Indeed there seems to be international standardisation over the specifications for bumpf - even in those lands where M. Bidet rules. As someone who has crapped for Britain round the world I can confirm this - would that the same applied for the standards for jakes - I could tell some horror stories! - including some for rural areas of the USA.

Twas not always thus in WW1 the RN and the army had different specifications for bog paper - the area of an individual piece was identical but one service favoured an oblong section and the other a square one - this actually gave rise to argument about supplies for the Royal Naval Division on the Western Front.

    Hi

The decision to bring along the US bog roll was based upon an intern's recommendation, who'd been to the UK a couple of times in the past.

As a frequent crapper on both sides of the Atlantic, there is zilch difference in the average bog roll used by either. There are a huge range of rolls available on both sides of the pond and I suspect the Intern was comparing apples & oranges with his backside analysis

    Regards

Yeah. The world pretty much thinks British food sucks.
Some of the best Chefs come from or are based in this country (more ignorant yankrant)

Exactly. Most Brits are ignorant to the fact that curry is not British.
And most Yanks are ignorant of there being no dog in hotdogs and no pig in a hamburger.

Because you are Brit with a false sense of superiority....
And how superior do 'most' Yanks feel they are when they go strutting and bullshitting their way around the planet.

....and self-righteousness. Americans refer to such types as assholes.
Us Brits see 'most' Yanks as what comes out runny of said Arseholes.

Oh! Gridiron is still a sport of lazy, overweight, crash test dummies for cliff jumpers.

I do hope that the "lazy, overweight, crash test dummies for cliff jumpers" Dolphins stuff the equally "lazy, overweight, crash test dummies for cliff jumpers" New York Jets at Wembley tomorrow.

PS. If the NY Jets need strong and tough arses wipes, they should look no further than to have a couple of thousand 8X6 of their team photo's printed up for the purpose.

PPS. I though, honestly think that most all Americans are great people 'including Sal'

It is not unusual for sports teams to take their own chef. Nutrition has a significant effect on performance and the players will all be on specific diets.

Taking their own toilet paper is a bit extreme though.

Why we entertain these lazy, overweight, crash test dummies for cliff jumpers over here is beyond me.

I take it the Jets are not fans of a earlier Bond release.

The New York Jets are at Wembley on Sunday, and they have gone to great – some may say outré – lengths to make sure the players are looked after properly. They have their own clothes washer. Their own private chef. And – get this – they’ve imported 350 rolls of their own toilet paper to, as the New York Times puts it, “replace the thinner version used in England”.
