    We're doing it a little differently this year. Just Lil' Bit and myself so I'm cooking chicken, rice, dressing, red beans, and various and sundry fixins!

    Oh.....And FOOTBALL! At least if Lil' Bit will let me watch it.

    I'll be working at 1800 through 0600 the next morning, so the wife and I are keeping is simple and early:

    One cornish game hen each. (Most of the family is out of town so no big turkey)
    Stuffing
    Rolls
    Veggies
    Cranberries
    Pumpkin pie for desert with homemade whipped cream.

    My 2nd Thanksgiving in a row here in Russia. I will not be paying 100 USD for a whole turkey from a rinook, so I will be making:

    Honeybaked ham/pineapple glaze
    Greenbean casserole
    IKEA cranberry sauce
    Mashed potatoes
    Shrimp salad
    Apple pie
