I have posted some Summer favorites, but give me a few minutes to dig up my pico de gallo pics from the 4th of July.

NUMBER #1: ZIEGEN BOCK AMBER ON TAP

Number 2: Cicero's Pico de Gallo...hmm goes great on everything: Chips, hamburgers, chicken, straight out of a glass

Number 3: Cookies! yummie yummie yummie

Number 4: Cicero's Super-Sexy Quesadillas: not pictured here because the pics I have taken have never come out good enough to do them justice!

    Number 5: Cicero's Super-Sexy Enchiladas

All variations depend on her mood and what's in the fridge that day. Hasn't made a bad one yet.

    Got a recipe ?

We've moved house and sorted out a produce garden where we aim to grow plenty of stuff . Or that's the theory. Back garden for food, front garden for my missus to grow flowers and keep her out of my hair .

We always grow too many tomatoes so my wife makes Vidalia onion and tomato pies. Wonderful break from salads but still uses up the excess fruits and veggies.

Anyone else have a summertime favorite?
