    When I make garlic toast I just toast the bread in the oven, then when it's good and golden brown, take it out and rub a fresh clove of garlic on it and slab a little butter on.
    Best garlic toast I've ever had, IMHO.

    My wife doesn't care too much for garlic, but after 35 years of marriage I'm not going to miss a kiss or two.

        Garlic is great but like some others have said, there is a point when it can overpower otherwise great dishes.
