    BRAINS!!!! BRAINS!!!!

(Pork brains with scrambled eggs, my grandfather when I was a kid back in Georgia used to make them for breakfast and I didn't know until years later it was brains.)

Gives a whole different meaning to the term "woking the dog" doesn't it?,,

Orange marmalade can add a truly delicious flavor coating to oven roasted Cornish Game Hens.

The first time they gave me a spoonful and it was horrid. The second time I had it on toast, spread thinly, with cream cheese - it was nice and very salty. I don't need anymore salt in my diet, so I avoid it now. There's no use in developing a taste for something I don't need.

After watching Andrew Zimmerman and Anthony Bourdain eat tons of exotic dishes, I am curious, what's the oddest thing you've ever eaten?

I will begin by saying I've eaten dog in South Korea out of curiousity. In a stew, it tasted just like stewed beef. I expected something different.
