    Oh yeah, Sunday dinner. Leftover pizza. From Friday. (Wife is sick today. Neither of us felt like cooking.)

      I cooked shish-kabob today, using a bunch of stewing beef that I marinated for two days in Italian salad dressing, extra amounts of apple cider vinegar, olive oil, herbs and spices. We also had long grain and wild rice and steamed Chinese vegetables, with chopped walnuts. The beef might not have been "fork-tender" but it was mighty close.

            I had to pick up my wife from the airport right after work. Since I'm down about 8lb (15 or 20 to go) I indulged in a burger and onion rings while reading Robots and Empire sitting in front of the luggage carousel.
