When I have issues with my new I-Phone (Samsung Galaxy whatever) I get my 13 year old Grandson to fix it...

Connecting to what? If it's WiFi or 3g try turning it off and back on. I spent the weekend cursing mine because it would only connect using my home WiFi I turned it off and back on again and my handset downloaded an android update and restarted once it restarted there was no issue with connecting.

If you're trying to connect to WiFi in restaurants, etc., and you're having problems connecting:
            1. Don't use the link that pops up in the browser,
            2. Click on the gear wheel (upper right corner),.
            3. Then chose "WiFi".
            4. And click on the name of the service you want to use.
            5. There'll be a URL on that page.
            6. Click on that one and you should connect.

            That will be $300.
