  • 15 lbs pork shoulder/butt

    So I got a big boneless pork shoulder/butt (15lbs/7+kilos). Planning on cutting into 4 portions and cooking each one whenever the inkling comes up. Anyone have any good methods? I'm open to slow-cooking, pan-frying slices, bbq/grill, marinading, etc. etc. It does have a nice fatty side (not too, but enough).

    Maybe someone has a recipe for the whole thing before I start breaking it up?

    I really like pulled pork. It works for both tacos and sandwiches.

    This recipe is close to my own but I add cayenne pepper to give it a slight bite back...
