    Okay its time to fire up the old grill. Share your recipes and techniques... I'm making a quick and easy dish of chicken legs marinated overnight in Italian salad dressing. Really easy to cook and serve. A green salad and a potato salad makes it a decent meal...

    Are you really BBQing or just tossing some meat on a grill? There is a world of difference between BBQ and grilling.

      I agree. I don't BBQ, I grill. Big difference.

      BBQ requires a serious commitment. It can be a multi day event.

      That's not a shot against grilling, it's just that it's different.

          First step , essential.
          Use a Weber .
          Got mine for 5years .Neat like at the first day.
          I am using wood and bay leaves for smoking , and sometimes charcoal .
          My friends are saying about me that I am a sicko of the Weber.I am trying everything with it :all the iconic French meals such as Boeuf Bourguignon , Lapin chasseur , Poule au pot , thanks to the slow cooking capabilities of my faithful Weber .
          You Americans you are the masters in 2 domains.
          Space exploration and BBQs.

                    Has anyone tried coconut charcoal? It burns cleaner and longer. Gives the meat with a smoky coconutty flavour.
