  • Gyros gone bad

I spent hours yesterday afternoon making tzatziki and cooking a lamb/beef blend to make gyros, first time for me. I hated it. The meat was a bit dry but also tasted like crap. The tzatziki seemed to do nothing for the pita sandwich. With everything that went in to the meat blend and the sauce I was thinking I was going to love it and now I think I will throw the rest out.
    AAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I f***ing hate when this happens. I should have made falafel.

What's a gyro (other than something to keep a compass/aircraft/space craft stable)?

Don't eat much Greek food (prefer Lebanese) except when in Greece and never come across them
