    Ever since Heather returned from hiatus, I've been seeing her avatar everywhere.
    I found myself craving some biscuits. So...I whipped up a batch yesterday and they were absolutely delicious!

    Cheesy Garlicy Biscuits

    Preheat oven to 375F / 190C

    Ingredients:
    * 1 Tube pre-made biscuit dough
    * 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    * Tsp garlic powder
    * 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
    * 1 Cup shredded mozzarella

    Cut biscuit dough into small pcs, and place in a large mixing bowl.
    Add the butter, garlic powder, parsley, and mozzarella, and mix with your hands, coating all of the biscuit pieces.
    Place the dough pieces in a muffin tin, approx three pieces per tin.
    Bake for 15 minutes. Best served fresh out of the oven!

    Why using pre-made buiscuit dough and garlic powder?
    Why not using home made dough and fresh garlic?
    I mean ,if you want a home made buiscuit ,industrial ingredients have to be banned.
    That rug really tied the room together

      I had to go with what ingredients that were available at the moment, without making a long journey to the market.

        I was lucky to have one of these in the fridge...

        Fresh parsley came from my herb garden.
