I cooked (actually heated, according to a timetable) a smoked ham butt. Roasted some cauliflower, potatoes, carrots and onions along with it. Opened a nice 2000 California Cabernet and enjoyed it with my wife and her childhood best friend and hubby. Merry Christmas was had.
