    According to me,gizzards are more "PC" than livers..
    In the real recipe,you add the head of the chicken,but I gave up the concept

    Typical french salad

    Hello folks!

    Done this yesterday.

    Roast in a pan with salted butter:300 gr of chicken livers ,chopped onions,thime,.Once well braised,put aside,keep some fat in the pan.
    Roast 500gr of chicken gizzards .Do the same than with the livers.
    Cut 2 tomatoes in half.Spread chopped garlic on the slice of each half tomato,and put this slice in the pan,and make the tomato roast for 10 min.
    Do the same for some quarters of potatoes,make them well roasted.

    Put lettuce leaves in a plate,decorate them with livers,gizzards,tomatoes.
    I add a french Neuchatel cheese (quite strong).Pour dressing all over(Dijon's mustard,balsamic vinegar and olive oil,garlic,parsley).
    Some parsley spread all over will give the final touch!
