By far the beer that stands out to me is KONIG LUDWIG WEISSBIER

This is a wheat beer straight from Germany. The Germans make the best beer in the world IMO. You can find Konig Ludwig Weissbier at most beer stores, gas stations do not often carry such a drink. I have only been drinking this Germany style beer for about two years, before that it was Labatt Blue or Molson Canadian which are great Pilsners but they are 3 points below Konig. This Konig beer is a 10/10. And that is a great recommnadation as I am of Irish background I know a good drink when I see it.

Get yourself a Konig Ludwig Weissbier, you will never have a hangover on this beer. The beer is brewed according to the strict requirements of Bavarian Purity law. The greatest Kings of Germany found themselves enjoying a Konig Ludwig Weissbier.

Ah finally the beer store I go to had in stock The Konig Ludwig Weissbier which I am enjoying now. Its been well over one week since I have had this fine beer.

Though I did try the German Beer Franziskaner Weissbier a few days ago,

The Franziskaner was good but IMO not as good as the Konig Ludwig. The Ludwig has more of a wheat taste to it compared to the Franziskaner.

As Slick24 says German beer is the best. For the folks out there whom are drinking Labatt Blue, Budweiser, Molson Canadian or for example Coors Light....if you normally drink these beers then go ahead and change it up for the next one. You have nothing to lose, only everything to gain. Try out the German Weissbier if you can get your hands on one of their various styles of beer.

That used to be my favourite too! and then a friend of mine enticed me down the craft beer rabbit hole. I still love me a Scotch Ale (Try Windswept Brewing's Wolf of Glen Moray)
          https://windsweptbrewing.com/

But there's the Porters, Stouts (Mexican Chocolate Peanut Butter Stout, and the Peanut Butter Milk Stout from Belching Beaver are truly seminal beverages! )

IPA's, Brown Ales, Lagers, and Pilsners... There are too many good beers out there for me to be able to have only one favourite anymore!

That being said I almost always have a 6 pack of McEwans Scotch Ale, and a 6 pack of Stella Artois in the house

If you guys aren't using it yet there is an app for beer aficionados called Untappd.

            Interesting.

I rather fancy "Town Crier" from Hobson's Brewery at Cleobury Mortimer (when I can get it), just down the road.
Perhaps there's something in the Shropshire water.

I have to say perhaps the greatest German beer I have had is Julius Echter Premium Weissbier. The taste is similar to that of the Konig Ludwig...but perhaps even smoother. I had to have the man at the beer store place a special order for the Julius Echter Premium because the store originally did not carry this German Beer.

Like with other German beers there is a story behind the name. In this case my Julius Echter Premium Weissbier that I have here is named after the 16th century German Catholic leader Julius Echter von Mespelbrunn. Mespelbrunn was a heroic leader of men, and his glory has brought much joy and love to Catholics and many others. Mespelbrunn believed in Education and building hospitals to help those in need. It is fitting that such a great tasting beer is named after von Mespelbrunn. Long live Julius Echter von Mespelbrunn!

The one in front of me.

But, if I was picking one, Batlika 4. The Russians might not do a lot of things really good, but by god they can make great alcohol!

I would have imagine Russia was known for its Vodka more compared to beer. I will be on the lookout for the Batlika 4.

Actually, they make a whole range of beers numbered from 0 to 9

They're part of the Carlsburg brand companies.

Sir. I am not an expert on beverages, but it inherits its quality from British era Lions Beer, which was most liked and Consumed by British Officers and Men during British Raj.

Post Independence Lions is only available to Indian Armed Forces. Golden Eagle was started for all.

King Fisher is indeed very good.

When I used to be drinking i always preferred Smuttynose Shoals IPA or a Redhook Longhammer IPA, nice and hoppy.

I generally go with a lager or wheat beer, nothing dark. Though some of the German Dark beers I do like for example the Hofbrau Maibock was a great one. Unfortunately its tough to find the Maibock in my area, they only have it at two local beer stores afaik and both are quite a distance to drive toward.

Today I'm giving a Belgium brand of beer a shot. Its a 4 pack of a variety of Corsendonk, brewed and bottled in Belgium. I have not seen this type of Belgium beer in any of the local beer stores or gas stations. But a Grocery Store happened to have this brand known as Corsendonk. Alawys great to try something different.
