    Got married 21 years ago

Hey birthdays are only good in that they tell you are still alive other than that they are not all that thrilling. Anniversaries in this day and age though are an accomplishment.

Just curious to see who here is married. The full deal married, so I am NOT including those supposedly legally married due to having merely lived together and now the state considers them legally defacto married.
You must have done the wedding ceremony thing in addition to signing on the dotted line.

I consider getting married likely about the brightest thing I have done in my life.
I feel sorry for those that chose poorly though. I'm not among the list of people able to complain about a spouse that makes my being myself a problem.
Life is change. Built models for decades.
Not sure anyone here actually knows the real me.
    I didn't for a long time either.

Congratulations on a long, happy marriage.

Slug and I have had 17 years of wedded bliss. And no, no matter what he says, we were married in a church and not at a Taco Bell.

Congrats on the anniversary. I was married in 2001... got a few to go to catch up.

Congratulations! Twenty one years is something to celebrate.

I have been married for 19 years, I have been with my husband since I was 14 (yes all you fathers of 14 year old daughters, be afraid, be very, very afraid!)

          That makes 26 years together.

I married my Lovely Wife 17.5 years ago (she didn't come to the USA so I could meet her until 18.5 years ago, so I always tell her its her fault we didn't marry earlier). Never looked back. She's the best wife in the world.

I have been married for 21 years this December, never regretted a moment and have a lovely 19 year old daughter as a result.

Ah, I have to remember this one for my next anniversary (next summer will be 9 years!).

                    Thanks for all the responses

I have always thought being single sucked entirely. Don't have any idea why two of my local buddies are holding out.

                        Congratulations!
The first 20 are the hardest.

The love of my life and I will celebrate 33 years next month. I don't regret a single day, but sometimes I wonder why she puts up with me.
