    I talk to my dog regularly and he doesn't like Chirac either.

      I spoke Permanently with my nice athena, my beloved dog.

      Poor dog she suffers a lot with the heat here 31°c with very wet air, we are desepratly waiting for the announced storms

              Do you have residential air conditioning in France? In Poland they don't have true AC or at least it's not common.

                  I don't know if you remember the many posts I made during the great heat wave in August 2003 (15000 deads number is official), but I would say that 99% of residential flat or houses have strictly no air conditioning, only big modern offices have some, and from very few years lot of shops.

                  The normal french climate don't need climatisation as main temperature was 25°, but since some years it increases a lot and by instance since 4 days we are 10° above the normal temperature !!!
