  • Hogzilla vs. .45

Cool picture, if I may say so.

That looks kinda like one of Wilson Combat's 460 Rowland conversions. Are you sure it's a .45?

Well, it could have been. It doesn't look like that thick of a pig, and .45s can push through enough to do the job, even if they aren't ideal. I still think it looks like a 460 Rowland, though. I could be wrong.

I wonder if it's one of those expanded magazine 45's?

Never seen a barrel like that on a .45.

I have two .45's can't see a need to go with the 460 but it sure looks like a nice piece.

I can't see much reason either, but I guess some folks like them. If it is a Wilson Combat, and I think it is, they are very nice pistols. I have a CQB they made for me in 1999. Great gun.

A dog/wolf mix attacked my wife, one shot with the .41 mag I was carrying put him instantly asleep. I mean Instant. Not a twitch.

I looked at Wilson Combats website this morning and saw the price of those pistols and just about pooped. Yeah, I'll stick with the Glock models.

Two Colts... one mint 1943 production and a 1991 that I made into an accurate shooter. Added a match barrel with many Wilson parts... tight slide to frame fit. Real nail driver.
