Could we have a forum centered around discussing 18thC history?

Warfare Through The Ages already encompasses that in one forum or another...

The links exist in my siggy...

I think he means discussed in more depth.

Right now, most of the sections only cover American history, and some of us want to cover other, even more-major parts, such as the British or French Empires, wars in Asia, etc..

That only reflects a lack of posts. WTTA is the place. I constructed it to be a catch-all for anything that wasn't covered elsewhere. Several eras rose to prominence but any era that doesn't fit into one of the other categories can be discussed there, and probably has been.

Janos is quite correct. The good Colonel is WTTAs progenitor - to include its subs. Any & all military history that is not specific to other forums belongs there & has been open to discussion for almost as long as ACG has existed.

I submit that the likeliest reason most don't see the magnitude of what is there is due to their 'Thread Age Cut Off' setting still being set to Default.

          How To Fix It...

Most are quite astonished when they realize all they are missing all around ACG Forums!
