    At my request CyberRanger has kindly installed and implemented a new forum option - "spoiler" tags.

    I've seen these on other forums - the idea is that if you happen to be posting comments about a new film release that others might not have seen (I'm referring to the Cloverfield thread here!) you can do so and hide the spoilers so that innocents don't stumble across vital plot details and have the film ruined for them.

    Spoilers will appear like this;

    Just click on the button to see the hidden text.

    If you post in "advanced" mode you'll see the new spoiler tag button at the top right.

    Alternatively, you can insert tags manually like this:

    <SPOILER> </SPOILER> - replacing the < > symbols with [ ] ones. Your spoiler text goes in between the two tags.

    Also useful for joke punchlines!

    Enjoy! And thanks CyberRanger!

                  Interesting to note that the email notification of new posts simply spits the spoiler text out along with the rest of the message:

                  Is there any practical way to delete the spoiler text before sending the email? (I tend to get the email messages first, before coming back to view the posts on the site... so the spoilers get sprung that way.)
