I agree but unless I've missed my guess, she wasn't even born during WW2?
"England expects that every man will do his duty!" (English crew members had better get ready for a tough fight against the combined French and Spanish fleets because that's what England expects! However, Scotland, Wales and Ireland appear to expect nothing so the Scottish, Welsh and Irish crew members can relax below decks if they like!)

      • ^ True, but we seemed to have moved on to pin-ups of more recent time-frame in the last few pages of this thread.

          Time for a modern pin-up re-match.
          My worst jump story:
My 13th jump was on the 13th day of the month, aircraft number 013.
As recorded on my DA Form 1307 Individual Jump Log.
          No lie.

Actually, odds are her mother wasn't even born until after WWII.

Given impact of Playboy, Penthouse, etc. on the post-WWII pin-up motif, I'm not sure we could do such to the PG-13 standards of ACG.

I hear ya. The Roll of Honor method is better than nothing but I, too, miss having the ribbons under my avatar.
