This thread can also be used for some info (not that I'm against pictures of Russian girls with guns )

What are the service requirement for women in the Russian military? what types of jobs can they perform?

No service requirement. I'm willing to bet most pictures in this thread won't even be of women that are actually in the army.

Yeah, I was kinda feeling that direction too (I wonder how she's planning on firing that weapon with no hand around the trigger...) but though I'll use it for the info.

What service options are opened for women than?

Picture is from 'Miss Krasnaya Zvezda' competition - the Russian military newspaper runs a beauty contest!

Is it me or has there been some serious after-market tailoring of those 'uniform' jackets?

                          Why not?
