Edit, the reasons that drove your people to elect Trump are the same that cause them to topple statues in your streets now, even though the skin colour of those actually involved may differ, they share the same frustrations over the US political system.

And the methods to exploit those frustrations are as old as humanity itself - it always comes down to blaming 'your' problems on 'someone else'.

How many national anthems does Germany have?

You're backpedaling in addition to deflecting from the issue at hand. The statement you're making now is different from the question you asked. The answer to your original question is still no, based on available research black employers are not discriminating based on racial identity within resumes. White employers are. Whether or not black people are prejudice in general is something separate as said prejudice can be displayed in different ways than the original topic of discussion. To that, blacks only represent 12% of the population and hold relatively few positions of power. Thus, do not have the numbers or power necessary to subjugate white people. This doesn't imply that prejudice doesn't exist, but it does mean it's highly unlikely to have a direct negative impact on white lives. Whereas the inverse is true for blacks.

As soon as you do that, Conservatives will accuse the left/blacks of hating America.
Conservatives in the U.S. won't be happy until Jim Crow returns and "White Heterosexual Only" signs are legalized.

AND this is the true face of it.
Many Conservatives really do look at the Democratic party as the Black Man party. It's no difference to them.

You know, eliminating the first would eliminate the second.
Eliminate inequality and you eliminate one reason to hate. Oh, we'll come up with more, but it's one step closer.

What can a nation do to end racism? We have anti hate laws, we have affirmative action laws, we have subsidized housing program, free health care for low income citizens, year long free lunch programs, food credit programs, free K-12, free in state tuition in many states, jobs training programs, and now in Calif. no theft charges for any thief of property or merchandise less than $950.00,

The government can't stop prejudice, but neither can the citizens if those who claim injury if they keep moving the goal line and do nothing to help mend the nation.

                    It's simple. Stop being racist.

End sexism. End hate. easy to say. You use the phrase like a shield to make judgmental and accusatory statements.
All we have to do is end racism....When I ask you how to do that you have nothing.

The passage of time does not equate to a salient point.

The war on drugs, redlining, police brutality, standardised testing, the Mulford etc etc etc............
