  • Where is the US Congress (Both Branches)?

Where is the US Congress? The House and Senate collectively are supposed to be the lead branch of government. They - both houses - don't appear to be doing anything. It appears that we have a government now that is run by the President and executive branch, in consultation with the governors. In a weird sort of way, it is actually real time federalism, which of course was impossible before the telegraph, etc. The Supreme Court at least made a decision in the church closing case.

I would say the House should replace Pelosi and the Senate should replace McConnell. And if the representatives and senators can't or won't do their jobs, or assemble in the Capitol, well, they should resign. And let the governors select temporary replacements (or whatever the process is in that state).

Congress is usually desperate to avoid doing anything of note on controversial issues.

Churchill to Chamberlain: you had a choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war.

Democrats are busy condemning Trump for getting tough and cracking down on the protestors outside the White House.

Democrats are demanding an explanation as to why Trump is using the secret service to break up the protests.

To counter Trump designating ANTIFA a terror group, Pelosi is quickly drafting legislation on racial profiling. She want to tie the hands of law enforcement on going after the instigators in the rioting.
Which side are the Democrats on?

WASHINGTON — U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi said on Tuesday that decisions would be made "in just a short period of time" on legislation to address racial profiling and actions by police, amid days of mass protests in the United States.

I'm sure the democrats are hiding in some dark corner drawing up new articles of impeachment.

          That's rhetorical, right?
