According to the Chinese government, the very first cases of COVID-19 were reported in late December 2019 around the region of Wuhan. Starting on January 23, the government began enacting travel bans from Wuhan’s international airport, as well as limiting travel from Wuhan to other areas of mainland China.

Its tough to say to what extent the Chinese enacted a travel ban because its tough to believe the Chinese.

They blocked private travel from Wuhan both national and international.

Belgians and French (presumably US Americans too) stuck there were repatriated.

Two months ago is a life time ago. Hell, I have not seen my girlfriend for over a month now.
