  • New Starbuck's CEO "Doesn't Like White People

The social media is posting quite a bit about the announcement made publicly by the new black female CEO of Starbucks - Rosalind Brewer - that she really doesn't like white people, especially white men. Her open racism first surfaced at her previous job with Sam's Club:

In recent weeks the racist bigot who runs Sam's Club, Rosalind Brewer, an African-American woman, outraged millions of Americans when she admitted during interviews that she openly discriminates against white males.

In an interview with Yahoo News, Brewer copped to institutionalized racism at the chain she manages:

No problem, lady - we don't like your coffee, either.

The above claim comes as a result of the following quote by the black female CEO of Starbucks

"Just today we met with a supplier and the entire other side of the table was all Caucasian males. That was interesting. I decided not to talk about it directly with [the supplier's] folks in the room because there were actually no female, like, levels down. So I'm going to place a call to him."

And the above quote was during a yahoo interview which was described as one about diversity

    From your link

Now, mind you, Yahoo News – which is just as Left-wing as Brewer – characterized the interview as a discussion about "diversity." And, admittedly, Brewer did discuss that topic.

In other words, some right-wing drama queen in your link makes a completely deceptive claim.

Very disingenuous to put something in quotes that was never said. No reason to take your BS claims seriously.

She is quoted during her time running Sam's. But of course, you being a Democratic Socialist and all that woudn't matter to you.

You're on the internet. Look it up yourself.

All you're doing is continuing to show how easily you're manipulated by fake news. She was never quoted saying that. Period. It's a made up quote used to rile-up gullible people like yourself.

I'm also a republican and libertarian. But, you clearly have an issue with accepting facts that don't vibe with your distorted sense of reality.

This is a better one on Rosalind Brewer. Since she joined Starbucks in 2017, their stock has only gone up.

I've had the pleasure of meeting her at a conference a few years ago.
She's not a white man hating black woman.

Seriously, Persephone? You mean she is was liar when asked she made her voluntary accusatory statements about white people? Can you prove that? Can you pass the mirror test with her comments? And if she isn't racist, why does she make racist comments? And why does she no like males?

That's when you put a white person in a meeting with only blacks on the other side of the table - her opposite situation - and the white person comments on not liking only blacks sitting there.

Old saying about leopards not changing their spots also applies to racists. Non-racists do make comments like that. And gender/race neutral people look for the most qualified regardless.

The problem here is that racism is not solely a white problem; it's everywhere among every group in America, including blacks like this lady. And just wait until the Hispanics, the Asians and others start openly complaining about the same things, because they are grossly under-rated everywhere.

That's rather how I've always felt about Starbuck's products -- with or without any political connotations.

Yea, I'm with you on that... $5 for a cup of coffee? Are you nucking futs? Throw in a previously frozen Danish on that... Yea, sure...

And now for some gratuitous Starbucks bashing:

I'm not joking. How does wanting more diversity equate to hating white men? When she said those remarks she was the CEO at Sam's Club and on her executive team of 8 were 4 white men.
