Climate change is given by someone like this....

It should come as no surprise to anyone, that those who peddle the agenda would do their best to silence, dismiss and discredit those who don't.

          Mann's suit v. Ball dismissed.

It appears that in 2017 Mann actually agreed (under court pressure) to produce to Ball within 21 days the key technical information about construction of the Hockey Stick graph that Ball was requesting. But the information was not produced. Undoubtedly there have been multiple returns by Ball to the court since then to enforce compliance, finally seeking the dismissal of Mann’s claims as the ultimate sanction. On Friday, the court granted that relief. (i.e. dismissal)

It is so weird that Mann would sue Dr. Ball and then refuse to provide the data that would prove Ball wrong.
Mann chose to lose his case rather than simply allow his allegedly scientific data be reviewed.

Attacking the opposition on their personal issues mostly by belittling them is all they have left when faced with the truth that everything they have believed is a lie because they want to keep on living in their beliefs no matter that the facts are showing is all wrong.

At one point most people realized that God is dead the day will come when the same will happen with man made Climate Change and we can get back to normal.

No, it's really not. Think of it this way. You've done crap science and know it. But, your stuff is politically popular and you get paid well to purvey it. Some other scientist(s) call you on it. You are in your late 50's or early 60's. So, you sue to keep them from being able to spread their opposition to your work while the case is resolved. You foot drag the case as long as possible, while continuing to rake in cash for your "research." Your intent is that the case goes on long enough that one of these happens:

              A. You die.
              B. You get old enough it doesn't matter any more because you're sufficiently well off the outcome is irrelevant.
              C. Your opponent dies. You win by default.

All you have to do is drag things out for as long as possible. Mann is doing the exact same thing in the DC courts against Mark Steyn right now. So, this isn't a one-off thing. It's a pattern. James Hansen is doing the same thing in the Juliana case as well.

There have been previous research scientists that have produced crap work that was popular only to be discovered as crap after they passed or in some cases were ratted out by disgruntled assistants like the Berkeley professor who claimed high tension power lines caused cancer who was outed buy one of his grad students as a fraud. That's one example.

So, Mann has every reason to do exactly what he did, and it looks like he'll probably make it to option A just fine.

The lawsuit has nothing to do with the science. Is Tim Ball a climatologist?
Sure sounds like another climate denier passing conspiracy theories about a globalist coalition. Some people will believe it.

Timothy Francis Ball is a Canadian public speaker and writer who was a professor in the Department of Geography at the University of Winnipeg from 1971 until his retirement in 1996
                Nope, lmao.

I guess that completely rebuts what I said.
                      I stand corrected.

                        I can't imagine why.

Your explanation is the logical explanation.
Far more logical than the belief that Mann is right.

Generally, parties that believe they were genuinely wronged want to get to a resolution as quickly as possible. They believe that they will won and want to be vindicated.
Mann seems to be proceeding in precisely the opposite manner in more than one of the suits he filed.

Steyn did something pretty clever in his suit.
He filed a counterclaim. That means that Mann can't make the whole thing go away simply by dropping his suit or letting it get dismissed by refusing to comply with court orders to produce data.

Irrelevant appeal to authority combined with the usual ad hominem. Ball isn't a climatologist. Therefore Ball is an idiot climate denier and his stuff is just conspiracy theories...

Oh, I watched the above video in the OP. There's clearly some stuff that's questionable in it I'd call Ball on. But, that doesn't make him completely wrong any more than it makes Mann right.
