Biden is on video saying that he gave Ukraine 6 hours to fire the prosecutor investigating the company that his son was an employee of or they wouldn't get the aid.

    It's on video, it's a fact.

The Constitution doesn't compel CNN to do anything it doesn't want to. Its refusal to air the ad just demonstrates its partisanship. (Apparently it is only acceptable to compel christian bakers to do things he doesn't want.)
I look forward to it refusing to air anti-trump ads that are demonstrably false.

Although, I think that Trump is just trolling CNN by trying to place the ad with them.
At least we now know what today's worst thing ever by trump is.

!.....as far as I know, broadcasting networks don't "HAVE TO" run paid advertising. Just because the ad exists doesn't mean that all sides give it 'equal time'. CNN probably just doesn't need the money.

    Maybe, maybe not. The only proof that we have is from the last administration. As you claimed Biden was carrying out US government policy;

'if you don't fire the prosecutor, you wont get aid, you have 6 hours'

And Trump is the person violating the US Constitution which is undoubtedly pleasing his masters in the Kremlin.

And when this took place, there was no investigation going on against corruption in Ukraine. Please try and keep up. All you're doing here is Trump's corrupt work-well done.
Quid pro quo is the policy of the US government?

How is Trump "pleasing his masters in the Kremlin" by giving lethal aid to Ukraine. Your administration only gave non lethal aid and insisted on quid pro quo.

When that took place.....do you really think your party would investigate itself?

Even though it is inaccurate, the Trump 'faithful' will believe it-proof or not.

Joe Biden’s presidential campaign is urging Fox News not to run a Trump 2020 campaign advertisement it claims "spreads false, definitively debunked conspiracy theories.”

In a letter to Fox News and Fox Business general counsel Lily Claffee, Biden campaign manager Greg Schultz wrote that the ad “falsely states” that “Biden offered Ukraine $1 billion to fire the prosecutor investigating a company affiliated with his son.”

There is no evidence to support the claim that the former vice president intervened in Ukraine to benefit his son, who was on the board of a Ukrainian energy company. The Obama administration — along with Republicans senators, the International Monetary Fund, western governments, and Ukrainian reformers — were concerned at the time that then-prosecutor general’s Victor Shokin wasn’t aggressively fighting corruption.

“Though the Trump campaign is prepared to fabricate outright lies, your station’s airwaves should not be used to disseminate them,” wrote Schultz. “We are putting you on notice about the absolute falsity of the advertisement’s claims, and we expect that you will reject it. Please consider this letter a standing request that you reject any advertisement containing similar claims, regardless whether the Trump campaign or a third-party group seeks to place it.”

A Fox News spokesperson did not immediately respond for comment.

CNN said Thursday that it is refusing to air the “Biden Corruption” ad, according to The Daily Beast. In addition to targeting Biden, the ad also characters CNN’s Don Lemon, Chris Cuomo, and Jim Acosta and MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow as “media lapdogs.”

“CNN is rejecting the ad, as it does not meet our advertising standards,” a network spokesperson said. “Specifically, in addition to disparaging CNN and its journalists, the ad makes assertions that have been proven demonstrably false by various news outlets, including CNN.”
