    Abortion.

I have seen too many shattered families in the childhood cancer ward/clinic at Walter Reed.

Since 2007, I have seen too many young lives lost to cancer.

I have seen the value of stem cord, my newest volunteer position has me working with sperm/egg harvesting. Life is too precious to end it through abortion.

A very close second issue is childhood cancer research...I mean very close.

What's interesting here is that only Democrats and the Left think the MSM is mostly trustworthy in what they report. Everybody else, Republicans, independents, Center, Right, etc., all think the MSM is full of $h!+ and lying their collective @$$es off.

79 percent of independents also saying traditional outlets knowingly report false or misleading stories at least sometimes.

"Fact checking" sites like Snopes and Factcheck.org are really only trusted, again, by Democrats and those who lean Left. The rest of the spectrum only uses them occasionally and then doesn't accept their findings on the face of what they present.

Poll after poll says the majority of the public has little trust in the media and mainstream news organizations

Rasmussen polling shows that CNN and MSNBC are the least trusted cable news outlets.

Interestingly it's cable news commentators that are least trusted. I suspect there's some skew in the results shown below because when you look at other surveys Democrats and the Left have more distrust of non-Left leaning news outlets than the rest of the spectrum does of Left leaning ones. The Left and Democrats overwhelmingly don't trust views that differ from their own.

What does any of this have to do with e-cigs and regulation?

I'm rather pro-choice -- as I'm sure we've discussed many times on these forums -- but that's okay: reasonable people can disagree on these kinds of topics and still respect each other afterward. I'm just a little confused though, that if abortion was the most important issue when you were choosing a presidential candidate to vote for in Nov '16, how you settled on Donald Trump.

"I am very pro-choice." Those are Trump's words, not mine. How did you come to vote for a pro-choice candidate?

Twenty years ago Donald Trump said that he was pro-choice -- when he wasn't running for any kind of elected office. Two years ago he said that he was pro-life -- when he was running for President. Just imagine what he'll say within the span of the next sixty or so weeks.

C'mon, Nick. Even you've got to admit that Trump ain't exactly committed to the cause. Given his -- admitted -- sexual history, I wouldn't be surprised in the least if he'd paid for a lay's abortion. It's not like he's shown himself to be above saying anything that will please a voter or two, no matter how implausible it might be.

I agree with what you are saying, keep in mind, I was going with the information in November 2016 when I voted.

Since he was elected, he has been probably the most pro life president that we have had:

"Think about these things we checked," said Bozell. "No president, no nominee of the Republican Party has ever stated he would name pro-life Supreme Court justices – not one, not even Ronald Reagan said that. Donald Trump was the first one to publicly pledge to put a pro-life Supreme Court justice on the bench. He said it over and over and over again."

"Then he came through with a list of 20 pro-lifers, from which he was going to draw from, not just at the top but also district courts," said the MRC president. "On that score he has surpassed everyone."

Can you explain why CNN is being sued for liable of a high school student if they don't lie?
Sure, a grifter(Sandmann) filed a frivolous lawsuit that was dismissed. That's not proof of anything, lmao. I noticed you didn't mention the Washington Post suit being dismissed.
Can you prove that it was Trump's idea to ban E-Cigarettes when the Democrat Governor of the State of Michigan and the City of San Francisco enacted calls for a ban months ago?
I never said it was Trump's idea. I don't care who's idea it was.

And, for the record, I don't watch any National News. I cut the cable to that propaganda three years ago.
You can still rely on Fox without a TV. Some of the worst far right propaganda isn't on TV. You can't escape it.

I'm still waiting for Marijuana-- smoked-- to be banned since it is at least, if not more so, cancerous as tobacco. The simple proof of that is that combustion of any organic substance that is inhaled involves roughly 95% + of the same products of combustion.

You don't solve problems by creating regulations. You know what kills more teens? Alcohol. You want to outright ban that as well? You want a government that regulates and bans everything that's potentially harmful?

If alcohol was invented yesterday, it'd be illegal too...

There's already regulation for teens, it's illegal for teens to purchase alcohol.
