    Or what...?

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/polit...cid=spartandhp

'The Justice Department Monday warned former special counsel Robert Mueller that his upcoming congressional testimony should not stray from the written conclusions outlined in the 448-page final report of the two-year investigation into Russian election interference.'

'"Any testimony must remain within the boundaries of your public report because matters within the scope of your investigation were covered by executive privilege, including information protected by law enforcement...and presidential communications privileges," Associate Deputy Attorney General Bradley Weinsheimer wrote in a two-page letter to Mueller two days before his scheduled testimony before the House Judiciary and Intelligence committees.'

It looks like the administration is running scared...
We are not now that strength which in old days
Moved earth and heaven; that which we are we are; One equal temper of heroic hearts
Made weak by time and fate but strong in will
To strive to seek to find and not to yield.

"There has been discussion about an appearance before Congress. Any testimony from this office would not go beyond our report. It contains our findings and analysis and the reasons for the decisions we made. We chose those words carefully and the work speaks for itself. And the report is my testimony. I would not provide information beyond that which is already public in any appearance before congress."

Once again, the left is certain that Mueller is going to deliver.
If Mueller were to actually deliver something of note that would mean he intentionally withheld that evidence from his report.
In other words, Mueller has betrayed his oath and dishonestly withheld information.

One of the funny things I have been reading recently concerns the IG's report on the FBI.
As you may recall the left has been convincing itself that Trump's firing comey is proof of obstruction.
Unfortunately, for that belief, it is being reported that the IG's investigation will allege comey was lying to congress and to trump.
I suspect the left is going to suddenly stop talking about comey.
But will come up with a new spin.

Again, what 'spin'? You, and others, continually whine and moan about 'spin' but refuse to take the administration to task for lying, among other things. Why is that? The only conclusion that can be made is that you either don't care that the country is being lied to, or you agree with Trump's racism and other wrong-doing-or both. Which is it?

Come Thursday the probability will be Nadler and other brain addled Democrats will be saying Mueller's a traitor and Trump stooge and that his testimony didn't mean $h!+, Trump's still guilty of "stuff" and should be impeached.

If you want the full on lunatic version, watch Rachel Mad Cow on MSNBC. The frothing spittle she'll be spewing will make a rabid dog look healthy.

No, I do care about the country being lied to.
I have always cared and it seems the IG's report may expose some huge lies by comey and the FBI.
But I will wait for the actual conclusions before I comment further.

I have also been very concerned about the lies by the media and the dems about russian collusion.
                And obstruction of justice.

The spin I anticipate is how the left explains away how little Mueller says and the allegations against comey.
They will pretend they never relied on either man and then claim something else proves the nonexistent crime.

Yes, that's right-lies by Director Comey and the FBI. Give us all a break. You're doing nothing but supporting Trump and his denigration of US agencies, especially the intelligence agencies.

What about Trump's continued lying on a variety of subjects, as well as by those who work from him such as Sanders and Miller, among others?

The Justice Department inspector general on Thursday castigated former FBI director James B. Comey for his actions during the Hillary Clinton email investigation and found that other senior bureau officials showed a “willingness to take official action” to prevent Donald Trump from becoming president.
The report is a blistering rebuke of Comey, ......

Other reports are less kind to Comey.

So, according to the IG (apparently) the FBI was "willing to take official action" to prevent a legally elected president from taking office.
I think the word you are looking for is "coup".
Now tell me why, in the face of the apparent conclusions of the IG, I should have any respect for people like Comey and his ilk?

trump isn't responsible for their actions, so trying to focus on him is just deflection.

Key Witness In Mueller Investigation Indicted On Sex Trafficking, Child Porn Charges

                      ...
A key witness in former special counsel Robert Mueller's Russia investigation has been indicted on child pornography and sex trafficking charges, according to a three-count indictment unsealed on Friday in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
                      ...
George Nader, 60, is "a wealthy Lebanese-American businessman and Middle East expert," Politico reported, adding that Nader was indicted "on charges of importing child pornography and traveling with a minor to engage in illegal sexual activity."

The Hill reported that Nader was a key witness in Mueller's investigation and sat "for multiple interviews, including one that was conducted under a 'proffer agreement' — a potential signal that he believed he could be charged with crimes and spoke to prosecutors on the condition his statements wouldn’t be used against him."

Nader was arrested in January 2018 when he arrived in the U.S. from Dubai. When federal law enforcement officials searched three iPhones that they obtained with a search warrant, they allegedly found child porn.
                      ...
Nader served six months in prison in 1991 when he was convicted on a child pornography charge in Virginia.

CNBC reported that "Nader faced a similar charge in Washington, D.C., in 1985, but that case was dismissed as a result of an invalid search warrant."

In March 2018, the Associated Press reported that "Nader was convicted by Prague’s Municipal Court of 10 cases of sexually abusing minors and sentenced to a one-year prison term in May 2003."

Actually.......no the administration isn't running scared, its the MSM twisting the story again:

There has never been a more limp climax in politics than with the Russia-collusion investigation. Yet Democrats, with great help from the national media, make us relive it over and over again.

The latest effort to resuscitate the very dead horse is the build-up leading to former special counsel Robert Mueller’s testimony in front of Congress this week.

CNN on Tuesday morning breathlessly covered a letter sent to Mueller by the Justice Department the previous day, which guides Mueller to only testify to the content of the 400-page report he released earlier this year.

CNN repeatedly called the letter a “warning” to Mueller from the Justice Department, once again setting Mueller up as the white knight in this endless nightmare.

“JUSTICE DEPT. WARNS MUELLER TO STAY IN ‘BOUNDARIES’ OF REPORT,” blared CNN’s on-screen graphic.

Even the Drudge Report linked to a story about the letter with the headline, “Justice Dept wants to stay on script…”

But the letter was nothing more than a reply to Mueller who himself asked the department for guidance on the parameters of his upcoming testimony.

The letter notes at the very top that Mueller requested “that the Department provide you with guidance concerning privilege or other legal bars applicable to potential testimony.”

                        https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/o...-saying-it-was

Mueller requested the guidance from DOJ and now the left is claiming it was a warning from the DOJ.....pathetic.
"I don't discuss sitting presidents," Mattis tells NPR in an interview. "I believe that you owe a period of quiet."
