    As long as the USG and taxpayers are willing to accept the higher costs for construction, then no problem. It is a fine idea.

        And yet scrap steel is down to $20 a ton, the lowest it has been since anyone can remember, ans a long way from the heady days of $240 per ton.

        A whole car is only worth $80, way below what the various parts sell for alone.
