  • Ocasio-Cortez Does Not Like Wealth or Rich People

In an interview yesterday on one of the Sunday Morning shows, Ocasio-Cortez criticized Bezos for being too rich.

Amazon strikes back, as they should:

Ocasio-Cortez doesn't know diddly-squat about either economics or government and how either works. She has a big mouth, no common sense, and apparently wants wealth 'redistribution' which is counter to how things are done in the United States. If you want to be well off, get an education and work for a living instead of relying on others to fund your life.
We are not now that strength which in old days
Moved earth and heaven; that which we are we are; One equal temper of heroic hearts
Made weak by time and fate but strong in will
To strive to seek to find and not to yield.

Or Conservatives, or non-Leftists, or business owners, or the hard working, or free enterprise, or... well you get the idea. With AOC if it doesn't look like Venezuela, North Korea, Cuba, the Soviet Union, or Zimbabwe, as a few examples, she's against it.

I think we need a revolution. The education system is turning out as many commies as they can and that indoctrination to a truly evil system is going to be the end of us.

I met one at a writer's group I go to the other night. She's was a public school teacher who thinks critical pedagogy is a good teaching tool. That was invented by a Brazilian Communist, Paulo Friere, for the explicit purpose of indoctrinating students into being good little Communists and Leftists. Communists and radical Leftists here in the US are pushing it into schools today.

They've been pushing it since the sixties. Read The Sword and The Shield to find out the pernacious attacks on the seminaries, colleges, and state dept.

It's a hair raising account of a ex KGB senior official who fled the soviet union with the best intelligence haul of the 20th century.

The Sword and the Shield is based on one of the most extraordinary intelligence coups of recent times: a secret archive of top-level KGB documents smuggled out of the Soviet Union which the FBI has described, after close examination, as the "most complete and extensive intelligence ever received from any source." Its presence in the West represents a catastrophic hemorrhage of the KGB's secrets and reveals for the first time the full extent of its worldwide network.Vasili Mitrokhin, a secret dissident who worked in the KGB archive, smuggled out copies of its most highly classified files every day for twelve years. In 1992, a U.S. ally succeeded in exfiltrating the KGB officer and his entire archive out of Moscow. The archive covers the entire period from the Bolshevik Revolution to the 1980s and includes revelations concerning almost every country in the world. But the KGB's main target, of course, was the United States.Though there is top-secret material on almost every country in the world, the United States is at the top of the list.

If Occassional-Cortex hates wealth and rich people....she must despise Ben Sanders.

Problem is that the educational diploma/paper mills are turning out so many of such and the "free-enterprisers" are too busy doing that, creating wealth, to find time to take a step back and be teachers in the educational system countering the 'socialists'. Almost a Catch 22 as once the "kids" get out of school and seek jobs, they are in for a culture shock as they discover that the Real World isn't like the delusions they were taught in school. They will actually have to be productive and profitable to make it and survive.

There are few "show up and participate" trophies given out in the world of commerce and business enterprise. Results are the real gauge and those vary and depend upon real, actual performance, effectiveness.

Bernie got most of his via wealth redistribution.
I suspect what AOC really has issue with is that she isn't one of the wealthy and rich, which she likely feels "entitled" to.
